A 2,243-metre conical mountain in the central highlands, topped by a small shrine that holds a rock formation venerated as a footprint by Buddhists, Hindus, Christians, and Muslims. The traditional pilgrimage route from Nallathanniya climbs several thousand steps through the night to reach the summit before dawn.
